Session One : 20:15 - 21:15
Session Two : 21:00 - 22:00
Program included:
-Warm-up
-Moving around; getting comfortable and confident on the ice
-Introduction to curling delivery and opportunity to practice
-Introduction to sweeping and opportunity to practice
-A friendly game of Curling to put all the leanings together with emphases on team spirits and curling delivery and brushing!
-Cool-down
